There are many ways to help Heritage Hospice
Heritage Hospice served about 350 families in the last 12 months. Many patients have insurance that covers the cost of hospice care, but some do not. Donations help hospice care for those patients and their families.

Remember your loved ones in a special way
Heritage Hospice Inc. offers a special way to remember your loved ones. The Memorial Brick Walkway in front of the Heritage Hospice building already contains many names.
If you want to add a name, a 4- by 8-inch brick can be purchased and engraved with your friend or loved one’s name and placed in the Memorial Walk. Engravings are done on two lines with a maximum of 14 characters per line.
